I grew up as a military kid, which allowed me to live in and experience countries all over the world. In Japan, I climbed Mt. Fuji. In Korea, I earned my Black Belt in Taekwondo. In Italy I played semi-professional volleyball before coming back to America for college. From there I earned my degree in Athletic Training at the University of North Georgia. In an effort to be as well rounded as possible in sports medicine, I worked in exercise science, sport performance, group fitness, personal training, and volleyball coaching all throughout my college career. My volleyball coaching career started in 2015 as the youngest coach on USA Volleyball’s staff, which opened the door for me to coach local clubs and high schools in Georgia. After college, I spent some time designing weight rooms for professional football and baseball teams, universities, and the military. Now, I am living in Cumming, Georgia happily married to Miles Ball, who is an Officer in the US Army.
Health and wellness have always been my passions and I am excited to continue my career in this field with South Main Chiropractic!
